What it is
Not a software vendor — a practice’s whole technology stack, run for them. In place of a dozen disconnected tools for software, IT, phones, and marketing, KinProviders provisions and operates one managed platform: the practice management system (Open Dental, hosted on Microsoft Azure), Microsoft 365 for every staff member, communications, the website and marketing, day-to-day operations, and clinical tools.

- Managed practice management. A best-in-class dental PMS (Open Dental), hosted and run for the practice — migrated from any existing system with a parallel run so there’s no hard cutover.
- Connected communications. Phones, texting, and email — provisioned, compliant, and logged back to the patient chart.
- Growth & operations. Website, local SEO, recall and marketing automation, reviews, scheduling, and a single operations console for the front office.
- Clinical tools. Dictation that drafts a structured note to review (powered by Turbine), and a guardrailed, human-in-the-loop AI assistant for patients and staff.
