KinProviders is the operating platform behind KinDentists. It gives other dental practices the same systems and day-to-day support without requiring owners to assemble and manage a patchwork of vendors.
One managed platform
KinProviders is not another software vendor. We run the practice’s technology stack as a managed service. That includes Open Dental hosted on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 for every staff member, phones and messaging, the website and marketing, front-office operations, and clinical tools.
Core capabilities
- Practice management. We host and operate Open Dental, with a parallel migration from an existing system so the practice can avoid a hard cutover.
- Connected communications. Phones, text messages, and email are provisioned, kept compliant, and logged back to the patient chart.
- Growth and operations. The platform covers the website, local SEO, recall and marketing automation, reviews, scheduling, and one operations console for the front office.
- Clinical tools. Dictation produces structured notes for review. A guardrailed AI assistant, with a person in the loop, supports patients and staff.
