What the private beta includes
A deal's materials, including CIMs, financial models, and legal documents, pulled into one place. The diligence they trigger, the structuring built on them, and the IC brief that cites them all hang off the same deal.
Reads the materials and proposes diligence requests tied to specific files and pages, sorting what to ask now from what to defer rather than handing over a static checklist. Every finding traces back to its source.
